This contemporary beach house interior and architectural redo was transformed from a bachelor pad to a casually sophisticated beach house with a reverse layout to take in the ocean view. To echo the beach palette, Allison used blues in every shade and paired them with deep browns in varying textures. In her renovation of the bathrooms, she used stone mosaic tile to evoke the sandy shores of Manhattan Beach. Custom upholstered beds made the bedrooms inviting for the clients grown children and visiting friends and family. Allison had fun in the kitchen using navy and white cabinetry with modern accents and dark walnut floors that flow effortlessly into the Family Room space or through the stackable patio doors to the balcony and the ocean beyond.
