Beach Regency
Allison and her husband purchased this tiny ocean-front condominium at the end of 2020. What began as an investment property quickly turned into a passion project. After gutting the entire unit and starting construction with a local contractor, they decided to keep it as their own personal spa retreat.
In order to fit in all the amenities of “home” into an 1100 square foot box, Allison employed a Beach Regency aesthetic—coastal luxury meets Hollywood flair. In order to achieve this bold, fresh look, Allison combined beachy finishes like bleached driftwood and blue hues, with Regency design elements such as black and white stripes, repetitive motifs of circles and flutes, and jewel tones.
